Dare to Grow

As I think back on 2023, I can take a big sigh of relief and smile.

January kicked off in Cherry Hill New Jersey at the 2nd Annual AMA Business Book Camp event hosted by Emilio and Daniela Roman. AMA stands for Author Millionaire Academy. There I was given my award, Award-Winning Author for participating in the second edition of “Behind Closed Doors – Voices of Domestic Violence Survivors” with the Co-Author Network. #AMA-FY #amatar2023 Also in January, I traveled to UnleashU Now Headquarters, in Georgetown, Delaware for the “Jonesin’ for Energy Recharge” Event hosted by Spencer and Katy Jones. #jonesinfor #energyrecharge During the first two-quarters of the month, I made plans to attend future events. Unfortunately, a lack of business transactions and increased debt did not allow me to continue those plans. I am expecting a great increase in business based on my new focus on affiliate marketing and partnering with individuals who have training courses specially prepared for entrepreneurs and leaders looking to grow and prosper in 2024.

I also expanded my One Smart Lady Productions marketing hub for authors. I introduced my 3-tier proprietary system  “Smart Publishing Lifestyles to first-time and aspiring authors. #onesmartladyproductions

Under Tier 1 and 2, I implemented a new program called the Manuscript Clinic. The trial program was scheduled for twelve one-hour sessions where authors spoke or read their stories to me one-on-one. It was done over Zoom in a very relaxed atmosphere…no stress on their part. After each session, they would receive a transcribed narrative of their book content. At the end of the Manuscript Clinic, they would have a first draft of their book. At that time, they had the option to sign on with my publisher services to produce the book and publish it independently or through Gladstone Publishing Services.

Under the modified program launched in 2024, the Manuscript Clinic will be broken into three segments. The last two segments are optional. I also use the Manuscript method to produce Anthology Chapters for my clients.

Under Tier 3 – Dare to Prosper, I just launched my new Affiliate Business System One Smart Money Hub, it is designed to teach people a new method of affiliate marketing using a well-thought-out and designed system of tools. My business partner and mentor, Vick Strizheus, takes us through the steps to set up our affiliate ecosystem. We have also partnered with organizations that have courses and programs in place. Some are free options and others are paid upgrades into their Ecosystem. I am currently looking for Influencers, Coaches, and Training who have courses that will help entrepreneurs grow a thriving business on and offline. This year I fell behind when it came to my podcast, “Smart Talks with One Smart Lady” and for this I apologize to those whom I interviewed. I have uploaded the interviews to Spotify and my other podcast platforms. For my author clients, the link on the Guest page takes you to their personal author page. I also looked at and analyzed the new authors and independent publishers I helped through Tier One and Tier Two of my Smart Publishing Lifestyles process.

I launched a new page on my marketing hub called Gladstone’s Reading Cove. It will contain the book covers of all the books I helped birth in 2023. I will also be uploading each year since 1999 I published the first book written by David Goerlitz with Gary LaForest. David was an ad man and model for Winston Cigarettes. His book “Before the Smokescreen” tells his life story and how he spoke out against advertising to teenagers. His passion became and still is the falsehood that cigarettes make you glamorous.

After accessing the list of individuals and companies I supported over the past two years, I have decided to switch gears and focus more on projects I have on the shelf. So stay tuned. I will be designing for landing pages as I complete scheduled projects. Every link that you click on takes you to one ecosystem containing all of my projects.
